In my meditation, blue energy, what seemed like was air pouring through my head into my solar plexus, while from the ground there was fiery red energy coming into my body. These two energies meeting caused a molten yellow fire to explode. While I was in the meditation the area around my throat felt thick and sooty, like somehow the mix of air and fire wasn’t conducive to combustion, when I finally painted the image the area around the throat took on that sooty, grainy, and less vibrant quality, which looked exactly like what I experienced though there was nothing intentional about my painting regarding color, just blue coming into the head and the red coming up from the ground which then exploded into white-hot/ yellow in the solar plexus.
